I have 6 chicks four RR and 2 Ameriquanas(two weeks old), 5 doing well, one of the RR continues to burrow under the pine shavings and roll around, the others then peck its feet. Other than that it eats and drinks well and seems ok, Is this behavior normal?

We've had the new chicks for almost a week now and they are doing great. Question? Would it be ok to leave them alone in brooder for a day or two if supplied with enough food and water. Don't really want to do it but may have no choice. Thanks
