    We have a whole house generator, and I have backup lights in the event it goes out. My lo temp was 12 and high was 23 this morning, so its not getting overly heated.

    Thank you all for your input. This is why i made this post, not only to vent, but to learn. And, learning I am. I am skeptical about the poultry spray... that is why i bought the chemical dust as well. I am also thinking about painting the inside this spring as well, and caulking any joints...

    Thank you. I try to take each loss as a lesson learned so that it wasnt in vain. I just wish i could go back to fix my mistakes before they happened.
