I am so sorry for your lose. I hope you find a home for your sweet girl. All of ours are precious to us. We even have a tempermental Polish rooster that loves his hens but hates us. He is just doing his job being the protector.

Since we live in a very cold climate we are forced to purchase a heated waterer. We purchased a plastic 3 gallon heated waterer. We also saw a 2 piece galvanized heated waterer. Which type would work best for 8 birds? The galvanized one the heater is seperate from the waterer.
