Thanks guys Kinda traumatizing. One second it's chirping, moving around, trying to get out, and literally the next second it's dead, not breathing, and bleeding. Poor thing.

Our chickens usually don't go out when it's really cold, rainy, snowy, or windy. So you would have to feed in the coop anyways then.

We have no idea how she was injured. We have a puppy who will chase the chickens, but has never hurt them. Plus, it has been really cold (-1 right now) so he is inside most of the time. We have thought about splinting the leg. We're not sure how though, because it feels like it is broken on...

Gave her another aspirin and a bunch of yogurt and water. Wondering when she will be ok to go outside in a dog crate with a feeder and water-er and be able to take care of herself. So far I've had to syringe everything into her.

So far it hasn't seemed to help. I've propped her up but it seems like she can't balance.

Just gave her a baby aspirin. It's a little less because it's hard to get all the little powder into the syringe :) How often can she have this?

Thanks! I will do that. Mrs. Ice cube was wanting to run around on the couch so I decided she could go outside in the coop. She still seems a little lethargic but I made her her own little pile of food and she was eating it so I will see how she's doing when I go back out. The other hen...

Forgot to add - both hens have had 3 CC of yogurt, some water, and sugar water.

The hypothermic hen is getting quite active and just had some yellow pasty poo.
