Her eye got pushed back I guess even after all the pus was removed and she remained blind in the eye. It never seemed to cause her issues but she recently passed due to an unrelated issue.

I just noticed one of my hens with a toe bent back a lot. No bumbleboot and no marks of injury/infection. The toe almost feels detached? I don't know how long it's been like this. It doesn't seem to hurt her and she doesn't limp.

The vet responded and clarified that its safe to give antibiotics and prednisone steroids at the same time.

I set up an appointment to take her to the vet, but she's been panting nonstop and overheated. Ive kept her in air conditioning with ice occasionally. Could her wound be overheating her?
