Temp for first 25 days 37.5c
Humidity first 25 days 55%
Day 25 lockdown temp 37.2c
Day 25 humidity 65 - 70%
Temperature and humidity were regulated with a digital thermometer at egg level
it is day 31 with 2 small breaks...
Hi all pulling my hair out now 3 days past hatching deadline and I still have 3 eggs that are moving I have opened the incubator and checked eggs there are chicks inside one egg chirped twice two eggs have a small break in the shell so I assume this is pipping however this has been there for 3...
Got 2 eggs moving in the incubator shaking looks to me like the birds have started to try and get out will keep you informed
This would be 28 days after setting if you give 24 hours so may have a hatch fingers crossed

I have candled and have movement in 3 of the eggs there is a little bit of fluid in the air sac of 1 of the eggs I have taken pictures of 3 eggs that have movement
So what now I'm at 29 days with no pipping what are my next steps

Day 26 all fine temperature and humidity constant
Day 27 today temperature and humidity constant no change no pipping or hatching
Tomorrow is day 28 and I am not confident anything is going to hatch is there anything...

So just a quick update 15 days in now and candled again had 3 eggs that were beating so have heartbeats in 3 so still looking good not going to candle again but may do at 20 days if my curiosity gets the better of me will keep you all posted

this was the seller he had 4 sets for sale? ive bought 2 sets none fertile
should the air sacs be moving around as it seems a lot are like bubbles in a spirit level they float to the top and not at the fat end
i am going to wait till ten days yes egss said fertile but feedback from other buyers is not good.... this will be 12 eggs now and none fertile, i have the janoel 24 so eggs are incubating on their side so all is good, its autumn here so these would be the last eggs of the season ?

HI there all got my new eggs today so have candled the Welsh Harlequins that have been in my incubator for 5 days here are the pics ....

temperature is bang on the money still 37.5 humidity is still hi i have vents open have not put any water in so waiting for water to evaporate rather than disturbing the eggs by trying to soak up fluid
but would removing fluid immediately be a better option?
