I think my chickens are about 14 weeks old. I think they may be trying to lay eggs but not sure. We've found 2 tiny...like the size of a blueberry a soft yolky thing in the coop! They're still on starter grower too...and they love strawberries! Hoping they're getting ready!

Thanks everyone! I really didn't think there was a need either. Does anyone else use raw garlic as a preventive? I went to a class and was told this was good. Sounded good since it is from the earth and not a lab!

We're new to all of this and my mom runs a hardware/feed store and said I should put antibiotics in the chicks water. Is this true? I haven't read this anywhere. Thanks in advance!

Hi! Danceinchicken-i plan on rhode island reds and plymouth rock? Where I live we can only have 4 chickens...so we're going to be pretty small. :-)
