Our local feather and fur club is have a fall tailgating even this coming weekend and I'm telling myself I don't need any more feather friends. But there is always room for one or two more , right? Lol

It finally happened !!!!! After 50 eggs!!! Chicks happened!! 4 lil puffballs (so far)

I would take a batch of cockrels over 40 eggs that never came to, for numerous reasons. So enjoy those new lil chicks, even thou they may be "boys" They are all adorable!!!!!

Are they some sort of insect bite??? You can give chickens children Benadryl 1/2 dose for a regular hen 1/4 for smaller birds.
