My hens are pecking each other this winter and one of them has a pretty good size sore, I have her isolated and am cleaning it up, what can I put on it to speed up the healing other then blue coat? Has anyone ever used the pinless peepers? I think I need to do something to stop this pecking...

I wonder about the wood pellets, do they eat them?? Wouldn't that be a big problem, I would love to put them in combination with the shavings.

I think I have seen where some people, who show chickens, give there chickens baths. If this is true how and with what? I am cleaning out the coop, redoing my nest boxes and roosts so I thought I would give them all a freshen up! Thoughts, opinions and ideas please

That sounds like a good idea but I wonder how much of the dust they may breathe in? Not sure if that is bad for them or not. I am redoing my inside coop to get rid of wood roosts and boxes and going to plastic - I think the plastic will be easier to sanitize and keep mites down. I think the...
