My hens are pecking each other this winter and one of them has a pretty good size sore, I have her isolated and am cleaning it up, what can I put on it to speed up the healing other then blue coat? Has anyone ever used the pinless peepers? I think I need to do something to stop this pecking...
WD-40?? Can't I use a permethain spray or other bug killer? WD-40 stinks, won't that irritate there air way? I have other critters in my barn so I worry that will be a problem

I think I have seen where some people, who show chickens, give there chickens baths. If this is true how and with what? I am cleaning out the coop, redoing my nest boxes and roosts so I thought I would give them all a freshen up! Thoughts, opinions and ideas please

I may just toss them in the oven and roast them up, she has to feed them daily along with the regular feed and she and I would be devastated in they harmed them. I figured it would give more info on the web site for the science project but it didn't
Were they raw? I know that peanuts are actually legumes so if they are raw it is different then nuts. I bought some peanut hearts at the feed store and they are raw so I was going to roast them first to be safe. Anyone else have any thoughts or info on this?
