Day old Pita Pinta's?

I cycle the parkway every other day so I think I will take a baggie of feed to scatter around. He seems to be doing fine on his own though!

He is tiny, perhaps 2 lbs? His crow is pretty unique but I didn't record it. He has been living on his own in the wild for over a year I think. We have lot's of coyotes, feral cats, etc. so he's doing something right. He walked to within 10 feet of me. Any breed guesses or just a barnyard mix...
