I think Old Calendar and New Calendar are actually matched up this year!
Orthodoxy has Strict Fasts, to refrain from wine (any alcohol) & oil, meat, eggs, dairy, and fish. I think alcohol is allowed some days.
I'm just going to do Wed/Fri fasting since my body can't do proper fasts.

Yes! That is correct! Unfortunately sometimes we can't do the great fast but at least we do what we can!
