    Thanks...the red part is approx. 3x8...3feet under the coop...5 feet run...the pvc run is 3x8...which we can move around the yard...

    Hey...You can program the door to open at a certain time in the morning and close at whatever time you would like...it can be changed to whatever time you want also....I'm sure the photo cell feature is good also...take care and good luck

    The 4 chickens we have are approx 5mos old...Barred Rock, Buff Orpington, Silverlaced Wyndotte, and Rhode Island Red....Not sure who is laying the eggs...got 4 so far..they are on the small side...I'm thinking they are young, that's why eggs are small?...eggs look good...thanks

    Hello....My wife and I are new to this...chicken stuff.....build the coop by doing some then sitting down....lol....thinking about it and do some more...a couple of suggestions... Do not build a Coop in the summer...oh my...took me forever...a really hot summer Build it twice what ever size...

    Sealing the floor in the coop?

    Hello....my coop is small inside...we went to a remant shop and got a nice size piece of vinyl to put down...very cheap...I did not glue it, I just stapled it down...it's real easy to clean out...I cover it with Pine shavings... Take care...

    Automatic Chicken Coop Door

    I would like to try an automatic chicken coop door...I'm leaning towards the one that opens left or right...looks like a good fit for my small coop...Anyone that has an experience with them I sure would appreciate their input...thank you

    Is it best to have sand in your run area over the plain dirt?

    We have been cleaning the run area...sprinkling alittle Diatameous Earth in there...would sand be better? We haven't had any mud problems yet...the one section is cover with a tarp...the PVC run is wide open....thanks
