Paul died in 2005.. his wife Lynn still runs it but is shutting it down and selling all birds. It's in Lake Steven's.- tomynoks

Miracle (Merkel) is the little one in back. He was stuck to the shell. Amazing he is 1 week old today!! They were only about 1" tall when hatched. Cutest little ducklings I've ever seen. -

The one on your left is the Rouen, correct? The bigger one. Looks like a 2nd eye stripe coming in. I have 2 gray calls (4days old) and one had the second stripe at hatch and the other one is just coming in. I thought one of them may be something else. Like someone stated, the Rouen will grow... -

The latest babies!!! The one with yellow on its bill is a gray call I think. The one w 2 eye stripes may be a wood duck or a Laysan duck. I'm not sure yet. I'd keep him separate for 2-3 days and watch him. Extra niacin (Brewers yeast) and peas can't hurt at all!! Anytime I have an injured duck they spend a few days at Uncle Tom's Ducky Dayspa!!! I.E.; the bathtub. Lol. Keep us posted please. -

I would pull those goslings as soon as they hatch and put Ina brooder. Then see what mama does. If you have an incubator, transfer all eggs to it if she stops setting. -
Daily Duck Egg Report for 2016
My runners are laying 2-3 a day and my Cayugas are just starting to lay. The Cayuga eggs are dark on one end and fade to light on the other end!!
