I put some turkey eggs under my broody chickens. They are due to hatch next weekend. How long should I keep the chicks with the hen?

My silkie is setting, But she is setting on egg is the main laying box. What should I do about this? Are the other chickens going to bother her and try to lay in that nesting box? I only have 5 hens total.
