We picked up fence at TSC this weekend, unfortunately paid full price (gosh I need stock in that company). However, because we seeded alot of the garden, felt we needed to go ahead and get it up.
After three years in Germany growing in pots, the wife and I are surprised how much work tilling...
Ok pics as promised!! The gray looking structure was an existing "pen" about 8x16, fully enclosed. There is also an outer pen 20x50, open air.
So we attached some 2bys to the end posts and laid out a full sheet of 3/4" exterior plywood. We then covered that with some bathroom type...
Did not build our greenhouse. We bought it in GER. It was around 150$. It is around 8x10. It is perfect to set out plants before last frost dates.
We have also been thinking about using it as a brooder, lol.
Say NO to more snow, argh!! I guess we are in the same boat as everyone else.
We planned to garden this weekend but finishing up the coop took too much time before the rain started. Now with the cold weather kinda glad we did not plant.

He all, just wanted to give a shout out to Jeremy over at Fayetteville Poultry. We picked up 2 Cinnamon Queens, 1 GL Wyandotte, 1 Barnvelder and 1 Buff Orpington on SUN. He was super easy to work with and gave us lots of useful advice. I would highly recommend him for you chick needs.

They are the hatchery. They have a pretty good variety and their website is pretty good too. I always like it when prices are posted, lol.
They have a calendar of what is available when and a page covering the various breeds they carry.
Fayetteville Poultry is a local business out by the Cumberland CO Mulch place near Owens.
We have attended one Flock Swap already but were not ready to purchase. But that is a good option, thanks!
