I was reading something about how it could also be caused from parasites and she did have mites a month ago. I did treat her with a flea and tick preventative, but now I've noticed the feathers and no eggs. I have 2 other hens and they haven't lost feathers and are still laying.

I have a chicken that is losing feathers around her neck. I also noticed that she hasn't been laying eggs. She is not even a year old. What could this be caused from? Any advise and recommendations would be great! Thank you!

I won't eat the eggs. If I did the revolution already do you think it's still OK to do the other things you said. Now she has worms. I was told revolution will kill those off too. What causes the chickens to get mites and worms?

I brought her inside right away. I will cover her crate though so she doesn't continue to get more traumatized by my cats trying to figure out what's going on.

My chicken was attacked by a dog and I was told told to spray her wounds with microcynAH. I'm not home but it's something like that. It's a disinfectant and wound protector. I hope your chicken pull through this! Good luck!
