    Some things to consider: 1. How dusty is their environment? 2. Is there nasal discharge with the sneezing? 3. Is there a particular time when they sneeze? e.g. at feeding time?

    They can manage pretty well in the cold. Just treat them like other chickens: no drafts, but enough ventilation, clean food and water, etc. If you feel like they aren't warm enough, try giving some cracked corn for extra carbs.

    The weights listed in the Standard are maximum weights. As long as your birds aren't so small as to not be productive or the size of a song bird (ok, that's probably exaggerating), then your weights sound fine, personally.
