I WOKE UP TO A BABY CHOC ORP
Day 22!!!!
Someone told me that day 17 is actually day 0 in lockdown.Then with that said I started on Sunday the17th am.So is today actually 21 or 22?? So confused and tired.No pipping nothing moving and temp and humidity are good.I have a mix of bantam and other.
DAY 20
Well my humidity is standing at 61.
I've heard alot of good outcomes with dry hatches so this has to be better than nothing.I don't see any pipping or movement.I hope I at least get one baby out of this hatch.Meanwhile my satin has 2 ready to hatch.Wish us gals luck

I have been told to begin lockdown on day 16 due to the fact I have a mix of bantam & large layers incubated together. Day16.If I have a hatchling between the 17th-21st.If the bantam hatch early on lock down and the others don't hatch for days?Is it okay to get the ones out that hatch or are they safe in the incubator until everyone hatches?

Day 15 of incubation...I'm so nervous! This is my first hatch on my own.I love that as soon as I began this incubation my little white silkie satin has been sitting on a clutch of eggs as well.We have extra dog igloos and she decided to make one her home .Let's see who's eggs hatch first mine or Mia bellas.
