Supplies for the coop and run have been ordered!!!

Huzzah! We have a level spot. Let the building commence!!!!

Well, shooooot! They won't be out this week after all. Sigh.

OOhh! Earth movers are set to come out Wednesday or Thursday next week. They're gonna make a flat spot for the coop (and a few other things)

Looks like we have until the end of June to build Fort Cluck. Occupants: 6

The spot is chosen! It is 3' off level. It is the flattest spot in our yard. Gonna hire help to level it.

Looks like this IS the year we get chickens!!! Just not quite the way I expected. We’re adopting a flock from a friend who is moving.
