We purchased this approximately two years ago and it has run perfectly the entire time. We installed it in place of a window we removed.
It is digital and has a phone app. The directions for the controller were a little hard to grasp at first but once we figured it out, it was easy.
You can set the humidity and temperature that you want it to turn on when it reaches your setting.
We purchased a baffle vent to put in the human door as there wasn't much other ventilation in the coop for the fan to pull from.
It has helped keep our coop cooler in the summer and drier year-round. We would buy it again.
