The K and H heating pad is ideal for safe heating in your chicken coop with maximum temperature of 102 degrees F. Use in a 110-120 volt AC outlet. It is perfect for wall placement. Just get industrial strength wall strip adhesive found at Walgreens and stick 3 strips top, bottom, and middle on back of pad and opposite side of velcro to wall. It sticks well, stays put, and can remove once winter temperatures are gone for storage. I found this more helpful for easy cleaning as well. So you don't have to drill as instructions report. It never gets too hot. You just run electric cording to it and Voila! Instant heat. The chickens will go to it if need or go away from it when want to cool. I used for my adult chickens when below freezing and they did great. I placed it on the wall behind their perches for at night. Great for new chicks as well!
