I personally love this run. It is rather expensive, but I already had it for my dogs. I would recommend burying it a little and stretching netting over the top to deter predators. You can buy extra panels if you want to expand it.

We have the same one and expanded it to 10 X 10. Like you, we added black netting to the entire top and tied it down with zip ties. I love that we can walk in and out using the human-size door. I have added interestingly-shaped fallen limbs on the ground in the corners, a couple of old broom and mop handles as perches, and baby teether toys for the girls to enjoy.
