    Hi everyone I have 13 chickens and 3 rosters that I want to breed they are all together right now and the boys are busy with all the girls ;) after I separate them how long till I should save the eggs.

    I have lots of pens and barns so its no problem separating or making smaller flocks. Knowing me I will end up keeping them.:) The farmer had Delawares, Faverolles, Easter Eggs and a few more breeds, I don"t mind that they are mixed, more interesting lol

    They were all the same size when I got them the white one in middle hatched when I was there so that one is the youngest. Have to give him vitamins and extra love. Wish I knew which are boys and which are girls been trying to figure it out its confusing

    Yes, I will be doing more hatching. It has been chirping all day, and hasn't gone to sleep yet. Is that normal, I would have though after hatching it would sleep all day.
