One of my marans just hatched out three healthy babies between Wednesday and Thursday. One more hatched out today but the chick is just lying there. It is alive and breathing but is not getting up. Mom pushed it away after it had broke the shell and i put it back under her but she pushed it away...
Shoot. I took the baby and wrapped it in a towel. It was getting cold. As soon as i did that she and her three other babies hopp3d up and she broke the extra non viable eggs that ended up under her. Did i just kill this baby?
