    I would say just make sure you keep an eye on the chick she has. If she is looking after it, not leaving it alone etc then it should be fine. Might help her learn to be a better mom next time. But if she starts to leave it at all take it away.

    Humidity is pretty important so that the chick doesnt become "shrink wrapped"... But hopefully the other one comes out ok... :)

    @007Sean Thank you very much I will try adding less water . @Thatothercrazychickenlady that is actually very helpful, although I don't have channels( it just gets poured into the bottom it does give me an idea, I can probably make a channel to pour water into!
