My Japanese Quail is broody!!!

I'm not very experianced with hatching... but i have gotten perfectly viable chicks up to 3/4 days After first hatching.
What is the humidity in your incubator?

So i opened the shell of the one with "the pip" and it doesn't smell but I think it's dead or under developed but I only opened the big end so maybe it can still hatch if it's alive

Humidity is pretty important so that the chick doesnt become "shrink wrapped"...
But hopefully the other one comes out ok... :)

Yeah well humidity went up a lot and the chicks hatching alright but she's got a blood vessel-y string and stuff coming out of her vent but tweeting happily so does she need the string stretched still?

Do you think I should put her out with the mother or bring both babies inside without the mother because quails as we know aren't the best parents
