Hi all! Hoping someone might know... for the first time I've seen an unusual small black hard lump in my quails egg. There is no male so it can't be an embryo and it was hard boiled when I noticed it so don't think blood spots... they are not young girls(ranging from 1.5 -3 years) but all fairly happy and healthy on themselves... any advice is appreciated. They are japanese quail.
