    I use DE often, but I think once you have an infestation you need something stronger to get rid of it. DE is a good preventative. Sevin is a good tx for your chickens.

    I feel you! When our first eggs came we had some difficulty as well. Actually, I shouldn't speak for my husband, but I know that I definitely did. I ate it, but it was very awkward. But got past it and now I my girls eggs! I hope you'll soon be able to enjoy them, they are really fantastic!
