My first hatch was great, Out of 42 eggs 26 chicks hatched. 8 of them were not fertile, and the othere 9 quite during incubation. The chicks are so cute and fluffy. Im very happy with them. I picked 5 to keep, now I have to find homes for the others.
I wouldn't think it would be a problem if you set the turkey eggs 7 days before you set the chicken eggs, so they both go into lockdown at the same time.
All done with this hatch out of 42 eggs 8 were not fertial and 8 quit during incubation. So I got 26 cute little babies. I am keeping 4 of the brahmas and the rest are listed for sale.
Lotsapaints- Yes I really like this incubator too. I had a really good hatch for my first time. Out of 32 eggs all but 7 hatched they are still in there, may get a late bloomer but doubt it. . I started with 42 but 10 were not fertle. I just would like to see more during incubation. I didn't...

I would love it if they were brahmas.
Brahmas was what I thought they were, Im guessing light, because the lady called them delawares, and the two beeds kind of have the same color pattern being white with black markings.
I bought eggs to try in the incubator. I didn't care what breed, I just wanted to try it out. It is my first time incubating and I did great. I got 24 pretty Babies so far, and more hatching. I was told that most of the eggs were delawares. Well they are blue and white with feathered feet. Very...
