That's awesome!
You should definitely keep an eye on her foot and leg for future infections with that bone sticking out. Because of the hollow nature and porousness of the bone bacteria will have an easy time infecting the area around it.
Do you think you could post a photo to show how the...
If you could post a few photos of their combs that you have concerns about, that would be good.
It sounds like some may have some type of respiratory illness, if they are sneezing and have discharge. Maybe CRD (chronic respiratory disease)? That is quite a common one.
Did worming them help...
Well it's good they're better.
I think you should not give them ACV in their water. I have read that it can make the crop a more desirable place for yeast to grow by increasing its acidity; this may be why you encountered more chicks with sour crop.
If it reoccurs again, the bicarbonate...
Next time you treat her, take a torch and see if you can see a scratch or little raised lumps on her eye. It will be easier to see with the light at an angle because the scratch/bumps will make a shadow. Don't shine it straight in her eye, especially a strong light; if it's uncomfortable for you...
Good idea! I actually keep my one or two of my mini incubators running in a padded box and adjust the lid throughout the day and night. Because they say "don't let the room temperature drop below 17 degrees"... I'd hardly have time to hatch anything if I waited till that was the case. They keep...
Are you sure she isn't just moulting. My chickens usually get random bare patches when they do, like the patch on your chooks back. And my rooster last moult had much of the feathers around his head gone - not as noticeable as your hens, though. Maybe the hens are just curious pecking. Usually...
The antibiotics that treat for CRD (chronic respiratory disease) are usually broadspectrum because CRD itself is not curable, antibiotics fight the other bacterial infections associated with having the disease. CRD is common in poultry and other birds, so dosing for CRD will be dosing to help...
I think you just about cover all of the behavioral signs there! He does sound like a VERY confident cock! Maybe cause he has all the hens to himself! Haha. I think that you will notice that more pointed and shiney feathers will grow over and in the bare patches that it has - may be harder to...
Here is an older thread that may help.

With the masses in his nostrils, treatment won't clear them. After he gets a bit better with antibiotics, you might be able to extract them, they are hard masses of...
Now, their combs look all the same size I reckon, and they don't show much red. Your possible Roos is poking out from above its head in the first pic! 😂. Just wait and see though. But I reckon the way he is noticeably feathering in different too, it's gotta be going the roo way. It looks like it...
Is your goose housed in a place with good ventilation? Geese are particularly prone to (Staggers) heat stress ; they are a bird of outdoors that cope better in the cold rather than heat.
Sorry, after having a better look at the other photos, I'd say you have 1 roo and 2 hens. I can see how the one has a much bigger, redder comb than the other two in the pictures that I can see.
I'm almost certain that the one in question is a rooster, but the others are hard to see in the photos, though their combs look quite prominent, it might just be the angle. Could you post a picture of all three - just head shots?
