Well, Im going to get some silkie chicks and eggs tomorrow morning. If anyone has any advice please tell me. I feel sick to my stomach right now and dont want things to go wrong again.
the rest were infertal. The other one I thought was alive was also dead. I could see his beak. Im such a terrible person. I could have helped him last night but I dident. I have no idea how the incubation went wrong. I turned them 3 times the same time every day. Kept the temp stable.
11 eggs. I have not been opening the bator. I only thought 2 or 3 are going to hatch though but I was too scared to throw the others out because I was not sure if they had something in them.
well I really think he doesn't want to get out of the egg. He is in there peeping his little heart out when go by, but he makes no attempt what so ever to get out. *sigh*
The peeping has become a regular thing! Although, my family has gotten sick and tired of my enthusiasm about the eggs. I told them if there gonna be rude just to leave Hopefully I will get a big pip soon.
Well I went out to get things for the brooder and go grocrey shopping. I was gone for 2 hrs! I came back though, and nothing happed. The pip didnt get any bigger. Im affaraid he is hurt.
I got my celebratory Icecream! I walked all over the neighborhood only to find the ice cream truck was right behind my house. Worse of all they were out of my favourite colour screw ball-red. So I had to get a blue. Oh well. At least I have something to occupy me. Then Ill get to the cleaning.
