I lost my Silver Phoenix Girl yesterday cause of the heat any tips on how to avoid more deaths I have my Silver Phoenix Rooster in a place where he will get a lot of shade and also I put Ice in his waterer so the water always stays fresh but anything else?

Incubating tips anyone???
I have a LG still air incubator and I have been getting very low results with it lately the humidity is always ok cause the water channels are always full I have the automatic egg turner in it so it is always turning the eggs. But out of 41 eggs I keep getting 1 hatch...
as you can see they have good shade under the tree and ventilation to the side and behind the coop when you say a pan of water do you mean like a small pool cause I think they have that already as you can see the blue thing in the picture

their water is always fresh and I use that blue one for them to put their feet in when it gets hot

You guys probably know how hot it gets here in Phoenix,Arizona and I know my local feed store sells some electrolyte patches for chicks. But I was wondering if emergen-c's are suppose to help us get electrolytes I am wondering if it will help my flock fight the summer without getting dehydrated...
