    BB are starting to get harvested at 16 weeks...to 20 weeks. I have heard of people who did 6 months and had a 60lb tom that didn't fit in the oven. I tried to keep a BBB hen for breeding by restricted diet and exercise. She got too big for her legs anyway at 18 months.

    I have a dedicated limb lopper for dispatching turkeys and removing all necks. However it leaves a stump that pokes holes in the vacuum sealer bag unless I pad with butcher paper or paper towels. Anymore I part out anyway.

    Not a living eagle but it signify historic joining when Czar married the Byzantine empire niece.... 2 headed eagle was symbol of Byzantine empire , so he added another head.
