    HELP! Baby chick acts sick!

    I have a chick that a Hen hatched, and she is 9 days old. Today she seems to be sick, keeps her eyes closed, just peeps, will not walk around, stumbles.     He free ranges all day, i saw him about 5pm in a neighbors tree, he flew towards home, but was not in the coop when I locked it up tonight :(

    Today my Spanish Black turkey (16 weeks) was in my dog's fence so when I went to get him out he flew away and hasn't come back. Will he come back tonight? He's been free ranging for about two months now and has never done this, so I'm worried.

    Recently, there has been THOUSANDS (it seems like) of flies in my chicken's coop. They stay in there all day, breed, lay eggs, repopulate. Whats the safest and most effective way I can get rid of them? I've also noticed a few roaches here lately. Please help!

    Four weeks old, still have a little fuzz, but not supposed to get below 52 for at least the next week, is it time to let them outside full time?
