I think I know the smell you mean. I got some chickens from someone who housed them with rabbits and their 'coop' space was about 6" of soggy poop.

If they're vaccinated then she shouldn't be showing symptoms if she does have mareks.
More likely if she's been sickly from hatch she has some kind of birth defect.

Most of my chicks from the blue wheaton turned out blue or black (9 each) with some red leakage. So it seemed like the bbs worked exactly the same as any other birds. I had 5 chicks...

I'm sorry to say your other silky is dead. the large organ is a gizzard. From the injuries the most likely culprit is racoons. Your injured silky could survive this injury. It looks pretty deep but in time the skin can grow back.
