    We have three mason jars w/ crushed egg shells. Can I give my hens there own eggs shells after they've totally dried. I'm talking months. Good or bad idea?????

    Question about White Leghorns feet and leg color

    I have two White Leghorns, they look very different, for one thing, one has bright yellow legs/feet and the other has green. The one with green feet is also "fluffy" in the head, with no discernible comb or waddle. Any ideas???????

    1 out of 11 laying for past four days

    One of my two Rhode Island Reds has been laying for the past four days. I have one more RIR and 10 Americaunas. They are all the same age. Is there an age difference in the two breeds laying????? Very curious and excited. Tricia
