    Saw a pic on here that looks like they hatched in a foam egg carton.I have heard of incubating in a carton and removing 3 days before hatch. Who does this and what are the pros and cons to hatching this way?

    Kick in and out temps

    At what temps does your incubaters kick in and out?Been trying to keep mine centered but temps are floating by 3 degrees.Might be time for a new wafer?
