    Automatic Waterers

    I just received mine and I'm going to hook it to a 45 gallon water tank for gravity feed. This is the largest one I could find at 6 1/2". Looks kind of small to me. The add says it waters 300 birds.

    I'm going to start converting my shed to a coop and covered run tomorrow. Coup 10x12 and run 12x12. The shed will be insulated and drywalled and has two windows, a vent on one wall and a top roof vent. The floor is concrete. I will be putting 2x4 wire under the chainlink to prevent digging in...

    I just received 17 White Leghorn chicks and I ordered the "St run". I just found out that half or better will be roosters. Are they going to fight all the time? Thanks:o

    as of today. 17 White Leghorn chicks. Just got the heat lamp adjusted to 94 degrees and chicks are sleeping.
