I built this system and it has improved the water quality by leaps and bounds. I also have lettuce growing in it for the ducks to eat I will post more pics later and plans if anyone is interested.

Here is my new duck aquaponics systems. I have been running it about a month now, the water is so much cleaner. I have lettuce growing in the beds. I will post more photos when it grows more.

Hey Folks my brooder is under an awning at the barn. Its well over 90 degrees here everyday. My chicks are staying well away from the heat lamp. can I just leave it off during the day and turn it on at night when it cools off? This is my first summer time hatch. Thank you
