    my first experience with hatching in bator i lost all 35 eggs DH did not tell me temp was 110 for 2 days in the beginning so me and my little boy waited 26 days for nothing...second experience 42 eggs 25 babies...i think i know what happened, but still the same very tickled with 25...now i have...

    okay amazingly i have got chicks...7 are dried, fluffy and eating and drinking...my questions is the others... thay are not drying and fluffing up..my lg is going nuts with the temp. since they started hatching yesterday...and i don't know what to do...it has been since this morning for 5 of them..

    what do i do now

    okay it is day 18..i took automatic turner out, placed 4 small wet sponges in incubator and closed the top....i also candled the 42 eggs, 5 were infertile...saw some movement...(not in all of them) only good air pockets and large dark areas, most of my eggs are dark brown...so i think i have...

    i think my egg turner is broken...what do i do now

    i put 48 eggs in on sunday...i have checked them several times since then and they are in the same position.. i am at work all day and when i got home and this morning no change in position..if they are not turned this afternoon i will go buy a new turner...but will my eggs be ruined....

    which temp should i go by...

    okay i bought a digital temp/humidity monitor, the sensor goes in the incubator while to monitor goes outside of the incubator. i also have 2 of the just plain old thermometers in the incubator..they both read 99.5 however the digital reads 94.5 ans humidity is reading 47-48 which should i trust....

    lost all 35

    okay this was our first time incubating eggs, we have the square styrofoam with the turner and fan in it. last night which would have been day 25 we checked the eggs...there was nothing in any of them except thick yellow liquid...what did we do wrong...
