i think my egg turner is broken...what do i do now

i put 48 eggs in on sunday...i have checked them several times since then and they are in the same position.. i am at work all day and when i got home and this morning no change in position..if they are not turned this afternoon i will go buy a new turner...but will my eggs be ruined....

Just keep on plugging and either get a new auto turner, or roll them by hand. Hatches have come off under worse conditions.
