Should i remove food 24 hours before I do it ? or does it not matter? -

Do turkeys pant? YEsterday, i got home from work and it looked like one of my birds was panting a little bit...maybe i am crazy, it was a little warm here yesterday...they were in the sun. What do turkeys do when they get hot? Do they pant? I have to post a picture or two of them soon, maybe... -
Newbie switching feed---any advice???
My 2 BBW and 1BBB are just about 8 weeks old now, and my old USDA chart i found somewhere on line says @ 8 weeks i should switch to a 'growth' feed. The guy at my feed store says i should just keep feeding them starter till i switch to finisher. i was planning on going to an organic growth... -

My First turkeys--growing so fast! *pics*
here are a few pictures of my turkeys...sorry they are not any special breed or anything, just my first go at and this is all i could get. Its a good thing our old cattle dog 'Fish' was never one to bite, he is old enough now where he thinks he can still run cattle, but he tires out to quick... -
White BB growing faster then Bronze BB
The Bronze seems to be the leader of the pack, but now one of the whites is definitly getting bigger, but the bronze still is in charge. Do the whites grow faster then the bronze? or should they grow pretty uniform? i can not believe how much they eat and how fast they grow. -

hi, i am a first timie turkey owner. 2 BBW and one BBB. they are about 6 weeks now i think...here are some photos, i dont know what i am even looking for. i am cool with waiting, i just dont want them fighting and if i have to build something to seperate them, then i need to do it before it...- dbone

what sex are my turkeys...pictures posted.
they are just under 6 weeks old...can any one help, or at least tell me 'its too early'. oh, i also threw in a picture of the their coop and run, but they can roam the yard too sometimes. -

Hi, thanks for a great site...i am really glad i found it! i have 3 turkey's, just got them a few weeks ago, 2 whites and a bronze. they are thanksgiving birds, growing nicely. raised them in my mud room, now i built an out door pen and run for them...they seem to be loving life. feeding them...
