i got 9 new chicks from tractor supply and 1 of them is a buff orpington, and i know that they are most likely going to go broody. when she gets older, and goes broody, is there anything I can do to help her out? any suggestions?

i already have a small flock of 5, (4 hens 1 normal sized roo) we also recently got 9 chicks. 2 of them are miniature bantams, unsexed. i was wondering if my normal roo would fight with a miniature roo (if there turn out to be any) thank you!
i am raising some chicks and i already have a flock of multiple breeds. when do you think is the best time to introduce the chicks to them? and what is the right way to do it? (if there is one ) thanks.
