Duck layed an egg without a shell
My duck has been laying eggs fine for about two years now, she layed a perfect egg this morning when i let them out, but i just went up to see them and she had layed an egg with no shell! Last night they were very disturbed by me being out in the garden every half hour with a new puppy! Could... -
Does anyone know whats wrong with my ducks beak?? really worried for her!
Pinkish mark on one side Weird mark (almost hole) on the other side Ive been searching online for hours now, cant seem to find anything!! has anyone come across this & know what it is/what to do? Should i find a vet to take her to? Thanks in advance for any help/comments -
first snow this winter :-)
just wanted to share my piccies it snowed all day and most of the night!! was so excited,its the first lot of snow weve had here this winter! last yr we had snow from october through to february (got quite abit boring after the first month) -

gutted i didnt rescue this duck, feeling awful now

How do your ducks react when they hear fireworks??
my 2 ducks stay quiet thru all the really loud bangs...it scares me abit and i have to go out and check on them incase the shock has been too much for them! is that stupid of me the first lot of fireworks around halloween/bonfire night last year they were really unsettled and i had 2 go sit... -

Last winter was really aweful, the ducks pond (plastic kiddie pool) kept freezing over really bad! their water bowl which was kept in their house overnight was frozen in the morning (the little bit of water that was left in it anyway), i gave them a flexibucket of warm water and kept changing it... -
