GQF Sportsman Incubator - Improving Temps - ideas

Death inside the egg?
Hey everyone! I'm wondering whats causing my babies to die inside the egg? I think its around day 20 or so - and then they just die. I have them in my bator. Any advice would help - thanks! :D -

My NPIP cost's $300 for a flock less than 100 birds. I want to continue breeding quail, etc... But I cannot afford to at these prices.. Does that price sound correct? I'm in Utah -
