    Are my BSL's from TSC both pullets?

    I bought 2 of the black commercial chicks at TSC which i believe are black sex links and both are supposed to be pullets but one makes me think now that it could be a Roo. what do you think? Chick #1 Is this one a roo Chick #2 I'm pretty sure is a pullet

    rooster question

    I am new to raising chickens and currently have 16 in my brooder box i was wondering how many rooster should i have in a backyard flock is one enough or should i have 2. Also what is a good rooster to have around. Jason
