    This is the first time that I have used light in my coop in the winter. I would like to hear what others think about what I am using. I have put two strands of solar powered blue Christmas lights. Is the blue ok? I do not have electricity to the coop.

    I hope that at least one of my eggs hatch. This is my first time setting eggs and I have had a hard time of keeping the temp at 99.5. It keeps going up and down. We will see what this weekend brings.
