I just got some and I was told to inject the chicken once a week by one person and another to inject for 3 days straight? My chickens are have respatory problems, so is once a week enough?

ok so I was taking a look to see if I could find all the differnt kinds of chickens I have and I have 2 Rhode lsands and 2 Plymouth rocks, 2 Silkies- one white and one black Rooster and now 3 Silkie chicks and 2 Silkie/Americana mix chick:) 2 Americans and One Chicken that is all gold not sure...

So I intruduced two older chickens to my flock of 8 without quarantine them first and one of them started sneezing and then having a hard time breathing. I read somewhere to put Apple cider viniger in the water and it might help. Soon after I did that it sounded better, no worries. About 3 days...
