I have found a beautiful polish hen at my local garden centre and am gonna buy her tomorrow but want to know what colour I can call her. She's is a light brown body colour and a white cap. Not sur what colour she is as there are not many pics on google. Thanks for any help
I have a broody. I am no newcomer to raising with broodies but never in my new run. How do I keep them moist off the ground. Also she is only 9 months old
i got this coop for my early bday present to keep in my back garden as my chickens live at my grann's because i live on a housing estate. the coop should be big enough for 3 bants.
its nice and small but large enough for a few bants (or a sruffy cairn terrier)

i was just wonderring what sought of birds you get when u cross a frizzle roo with normal birds. how many will be frizzle what will they lay like and what tempermant will they have
so i got this free frizzle roo from my cousin and want to sell some of his offspring. but i wonderred what colour type you would call him.
he has mainly glosy saddles and sickles and is brown with wite specles on the front and his tail is black with blueish spots and patches
doesn't matter what age or colour if you have cals show us some pics.
i don't have any at the mo but getting some in spring just debating the colour to get and breed
ok i have been reading up on different breeds of ornamental bantams and i can't see any difference between the two different breeds. Or have they got different names in other countries

i have a gold silkie roo and getting some light sussex hens. will i be able to breed goldtops? i know you need the roo to have the brown gene. people seem to use white silkie so will a gold one work
